Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. From what you’ve described, it sounds like your blades aren’t performing at their best. That’s often due to dirt, road film on the windscreen or the lack of washer fluid in the tank. Before you do anything else, can you please double-check that the plastic protective strip is removed from the blades? Your blades are still under warranty and we’ll send a free replacement via Express Post. You’re also welcome to send us a short video so we can take a closer look and provide more tailored advice.
