Hi Veronica, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we really appreciate the feedback on the issue you've had with your returns. We've reached out direct, but as mentioned our returns through Happy Returns are automated, so once a parcel is scanned into the Royal Mail network the refund should be triggered. That usually speeds up the process as it means customers' receive their refunds without having to wait for the items to be delivered back to us, and to be processed by our warehouse team. This didn't happen with your parcel, so we've asked Happy Returns to look into that for us, and have processed the refund manually for you this morning. I also apologise that we haven't received any correspondence from you. Had we received your message we would have replied and resolved the issue right away. It wasn't until we received your review that we were aware of the problem.
