Hi Liz, I am so sorry that the order was not delivered on the expected day. We work with DPD, Yodel and Royal Mail as we find these to be the most reliable couriers. However, the current pressures mean they do occasionally get things wrong. I hope you will purchase from us again, so we can show you the level of service, and speed of delivery we normally achieve.
