I can also confirm that on 27th April, 2020 email communication was generated to you relating to the delay of your order, as recommended if this was not received within your inbox, to check your junk/spam folder just in case this was filtered. I can also confirm that your 2nd order has now been cancelled, ensuring only 2 Brexit coins are sent to you. At present we are currently awaiting further stock, and whilst I appreciate that you feel we are making excuses, The Royal Mint did cease production for a number of weeks, which has in turn caused unexpected delays to our normal process. Hi Sharon, I am sorry to hear you are yet to receive your order for The Memories of Victory Gold-Plated Coin. I can confirm this was despatched on 21st April, 2020. We do expect deliveries to be completed within 3-5 working days, and it appears your delivery has now exceeded this expectation. We are required to allow 10 working days for your delivery to arrive, which should be by 4th May, 2020.
