Hi there, I am sorry that you are not happy with the service we are currently providing and offer our sincere apologies. Owing to our suppliers closing their production this has caused delays, but not unexpected delays under the current circumstances. We are working hard to despatch as many orders as we can, but some previously advertised items, such as Rupert Bear coin for example, have got caught up in the production delays, which unfortunately are beyond our control. From time to time we do offer the ability to pre-order coins, as in the case of the recent Dinosaur 50p coins released by The Royal Mint. The 3rd 50p within this range which was supposed to already have been released, but again is caught up in the production delays. I would like to offer our apologies again, and assure you we are working hard to ensure we fulfil outstanding orders as quickly as possible.
