Disappointed to receive an incorrect item, 2009 £5 coin Gibraltar Concord received. I did not order this, I ordered 2011 Guernsey Royal Wedding £5 coin. I note that this 2011 coin is still available...

To ensure we can rectify this for you I have arranged for the correct coin to be sent to you today. We would normally request that this is returned prior to offering a replacement, but under the current circumstances I feel we should rectify this for you at minimal disruption. my 10p set was amazing. items deliverd with out any problems. customer servive was excellent. i brought a lot of coins due to the easter deal! NO P&P willing to buy more if that deal occues again
