You can return this delivery by using our return guidelines via our Help section on our website, or by the details from the reverse of your invoice. We understand returns may exceed our normal 30 days returns policy owing to the Coronavirus and isolation guidelines, so please return this at your earliest convenience and follow any guidelines regarding isolation from the government.

I have returned this dreadful item, I did so on May 4th, I have proof of posting from the PostOffice here in Rugby. On May 9th I sent a copy of proof of posting, using the Free Post address which one of your colleagues advised, this should arrive with you within 7 to 10 days, the Rubbish coin within 14 days from the 4th, I paid £2.50 so the letter will have to be signed for. Perhaps if you were to contact your colleague who I phoned this morning I wouldn't have to waste time replying. If this harassment over a coin I did not request continues,
I will contact Trading Standards as I believe that sending items, even on approval and then making it so difficult to return is pressure selling

Thank you, as soon as we receive your return a confirmation email will be generated to you for your reference.
Many of our discounted items are introductory offers to collections, if you are only interested in purchasing the first item, upon completing your order you can send us an email to advise this is a one off and cancel the collection, or you can await your delivery and then cancel the collection via our Help section on our website.
We do try to provided this information and have located just below the add to basket icon on the left hand-side of the product page, and then we also reiterate this within the literature provided with your delivery.
I feel whether you have already dealt with this query or not, as you have so kindly taken the time to complete our survey, to response is only polite and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your comments.

We are currently experiencing some stock delays, this has occurred owing to our suppliers closing production for a number of weeks last month, unfortunately this has caused some delays we were otherwise, in normal circumstances, not expecting.
I can assure you we are working hard to despatch all orders which can be fulfilled and working alongside our suppliers to improve current delivery dates we have been provided, but please note they may not be in a position to bring these forward due to other commitments.

That’s all very well but you still have the coins for sale on your website not knowing when you will or if you can get them purposely misleading people because there is no mention of them being out of stock before you order very misleading and dishonest of you as a company

HI, all despatch information is provided during the order process, and should this change we notify you of these changes. This information is always located underneath the add to basket icon on the left of the product page.
We offer our customers the ability to place orders, pre-orders at times, even though the item may not be in stock, as this ensures that they do not have to wait for the item to become available and keep checking the site to be able to submit their orders.
Whilst I understand this is not ideal for all, this does seem to be the preferred way by most.

Hi there, I can see you placed your order on 23.04.20, and we despatched your order on 27.04.20. We would have expected that to arrive within 3-5 working days, and apologise if your delivery exceeded this time frame.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and we hope that normal service returns soon, but under the current circumstances I must warn further delays may be met in the future and these are completely beyond our control.

That's a different order the one I'm not happy about was ordered on the 23rd of March and now according to yourselves won't be available until August at the earliest even though I had a est despatch date but after a week I noticed the price had changed and queried if I ould have it at the cheaper price and by doing so I lost my est date.
Please if your going to call me on it at least look at the details correctly

Hi, sorry the survey you completed related to your purchase of 50th Anniversary of the 50p CERTIFIED BU Set and therefore I, quite wrongly as you have stated, assumed it related to this particular order as the item in question was not depicted within your feedback.
Upon reviewing your account I can see we have no orders placed on 23.03.20 and any other orders placed within this month have now been despatched, Peter Rabbit and UK Iguanodon.
