Hi there, thank you for completing our survey.
I have reviewed your account and can see no contact made to our Customer Service team since December 2019, so I am slightly concerned that you feel we have not helped you.
The last purchase you made from us was for the Liberation of Jersey & Guernsey 50p BU Pair, which have never been discounted.

Hi , the problem was for December when I saw the advertisement of discount in Facebook and gone through it but been fully charged sent plenty emails called few times no one answered me sent emails to cancel if not discounted but after few weeks it has been sent to me and I think this is first time I review so not happy about that at all
