Hi there, I can advise we do offer a multi buy postage discount online when ordering certain items. However if orders are placed at different time, or not via the website we charge postage, packaging and handle on all items. Thanks, Sally

So when two orders are placed within seconds of each other, you charge for both but send them out in a single package? Nice double charge. First and last you'll have from me. Effectively, you've charged for a service and then failed to deliver.
