Hi there - You never have to carry on with a collection and it can be cancelled at any time via your online account using the following link: https://www.westminstercollection.com/help.aspx Just select 'My Collections' and opt out of the collection in question. If you have received a delivery you wish to return to us, choose 'I have an issue with a recent delivery' where instructions on how to return the item are provided.
