Hi, I’m sorry the subscription details didn’t come across clearly. This information is provided on the product page and in the order confirmation emails for a subscription product, however, I’m sorry this wasn’t clear. As multiple pin badges were ordered, this started more than one subscription, which is why you received several parcels. I can see the subscriptions have now been cancelled, and any unwanted items can be returned free of charge using the details on the invoice. Kind regards, Christian
