Concrete Sealer Water Based 5L

<p>Watco Concrete Sealer Water Based seals and hardens new and old bare, porous concrete floors and screeds. It is micro-porous which allows the surface to breathe.</p><p>Watco Concrete Sealer Water Based contains a micronised acrylic which penetrates deep into porous surfaces to bind, harden and seal. The cross linking properties of the acrylic dries to form a surface film, providing a more stain resistant, easier to clean finish. The appearance can vary from low sheen to gloss depending upon the porosity of the substrate and the number of coats applied. It is quick and easy to apply and most suited for use in warehouses and production areas, or anywhere which would benefit from a penetrative, dustproof, virtually odourless sealer for medium trafficked areas.</p><p>Concrete Sealer Water Based is also available in a light grey finish, which both seals and tints the floor at the same time. Concrete Sealer Water Based is breathable, virtually solvent free and safe for use in confined areas.
