The beautiful silver stainless steel hands and indexes are powered by a kinetic quartz. A kinetic quartz is a storage cell which is powered by the movement of the watch itself. This means that the watch can have a life expectancy of 15 years compared to a low 3 years with a standard quartz battery. The watch has a black bezel with silver coloured minute markers at five minute intervals.
