Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. Normally, seam issues arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply and should you have required any assistance during your installation process, our friendly studio team are always on hand to offer guidance.
