Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that we were unable to answer your call or email over the weekend as we are not usually open Saturday's and Sunday's. As you are aware we got straight in touch as soon as we were back in the office. There was some confusion surrounding this delivery as the tracking actually showed the item to be signed for by someone and not left or lost. However we have now fully resolved the issue with yourself and the courier in question. The purchase was fully reimbursed and I trust you are happy with the outcome. Super quick delivery. Great service. I have no complaints at all.
Delivery arrangements unsatisfactory as company could not give estimate of arrival time. Other companies can these days; it is unacceptable to expect people to wait in all day.
I had somebody house sitting twice,first date ,delvery never arrived//second date due to an error with warehouse my washing machine ended up in Manchester /not Scotland ,I paid £25 a day // £50 out...
