I would buy from them again but did not require customer service
I ordered 2 bras which cost over £100 so I do think having to pay delivery is quite naughty. I received the 1st bra the day after but my second one, I didn’t receive until 4-5 days after.

Unfortunately my package got lost and was never received.
Still awaiting email confirmation of my refund.
When buying there was no info that for some items i will have to wait until available. Until now my items were not delivered with no info what is happening. One item was delivered to the wrong store...
