I haven’t received it. Tracking details page from Royal Mail below… I am now away for the next week overseas, so I have no idea what is going to happen?

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of the delay on your delivery.
We shipped the order on the day of receipt and as requested it was sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
We have checked the tracking and it has reached the delivery depot but they seem to have a delay with delivering the parcel. It is now showing as being out for delivery so hopefully it will be with you very soon.
If you are considering buying gear from anywhere else. Check out their prices first and contact veals next, you'll be glad you did. Veals matched everything fon my list from a few different stores...
