Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear of the delay on your delivery. We sent the order out via the Royal Mail tracked 24 service on Thursday but sadly it was delayed within the Royal Mail and not delivered until Monday.
Tracked 24 is normally a very good service but it is not a guaranteed next day delivery and delays do very occasionally occur.
