Hello Jill. We're very sorry about your device, hopefully, I can try and fix this problem for you. Just checked your order and noticed you haven't purchased any e-liquids? Just to double check, this pod kit needs you to top it up with some liquids in order to work! If this is the case, we all make mistakes when first vaping, so we're going to send you out a free bottle of e-liquid for you to try it out properly! We'll be sending you an email and text shortly to hopefully get this issue fixed for you :-)
