Very poor opacity, advised that it needs a minimum of 4 but likely more coats over white primer very thick paint so not the easiest to apply - adding a drop of owatrol helps it run of the brush...

We’re sorry to see this feedback, but it’s important to clarify the situation.
Both shipments were dispatched promptly from our side. The first was redirected to a collection point after a failed delivery attempt and was not collected, so it has been returned as unclaimed. The second shipment was also sent out without delay, however the courier was unable to successfully locate the address despite multiple attempts and notes requesting additional delivery details.
As advised throughout, we rely on a third-party courier for delivery and have limited control once goods are in transit. We made every effort to assist by relaying information and suggesting alternative delivery options to help complete the order.
As the items are custom-made to order, replacements or refunds can only be processed once the original goods are returned to us. This process was clearly communicated at each stage.
We appreciate the frustration caused by the courier issues, however the orders themselves were handled and dispatched correctly from our side.
This is an excelland exterior paint having been using it for over 20yrs
which can last 9-10 years before redec.
