Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the items purchased did not offer the fit expected. Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more! We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use. Please note. it is outlined on our returns page on the US site that our office and warehouse is located in the UK and that all returns from overseas customers need to be returned to this address.
We are sorry to hear that this has let you down. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we'll definitely look further into whilst reviewing our international customers’ experience. We would recommend double checking with a few couriers for different pricing. You only need to ensure the parcel is tracked, not expedited.
