Thank you for your review. The owner was sorry to hear that the cottage did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion. The property is heated by radiators powered by the multi-fuel stove, along with electric heaters and an open fire, and guests rarely exceed the electricity allowance provided. As detailed in the property information and house instructions, two bags of coal are supplied and left in the shed, with additional starter buckets left in the house for guests on arrival. The property is advertised as pet friendly, however it is not advertised as having an enclosed garden. Thank you for your value feedback and taking the time to review.
