We are so sorry that your order was damaged in transit and whilst this is rare, occasionally glass items can break during the delivery causing the issues you have experienced. Had you let us know, as your order was dispatched 3/9/21 we would have responded immediately and sent replacements via a different delivery service. Additionally we would have been able to advise the manufacturer of the problem with the lids, as we now shall.
