The NEXUS S.F. (Special Forces Helmet) offers HighBallistic Performance with a low weight of only1.3kg. Nexus Helmets are manufactured using ahigh-tenacity ballistic Aramid fibre, which is boundin a Thermoplastic Resin Matrix and results inincreased all round strength.The SF models feature a higher cut around theears to accommodate Tactical Headsets (coms fit).This higher cut helmet is lower in profile and offersenhanced peripheral vision.Nexus SF Helmets utilize the TEAM WENDY CAMFIT retention system, which utilizes cam-locksliders for one-handed tightening adjustment, andsecure fit. The Boa Closure System stabilizesthe weight of the helmet by distributing a light,even pressure around the head, similar in feel toa baseball cap. The adjustment straps and chincuphave been designed for a close, comfortablefit to the wearers face. The asymmetric designkeeps the buckle tucked smoothly along the jawline while maintaining a snug, even feel around thechin-cup. The ultra-suede chin-cup lining ensuresmaximum comfort and chafe-free wear at anytemperature. Fast adjustment of straps is achievedvia 2 lockable quick release sliders. A 7 pieceremovable padded liner system provides enhancedcomfort and aids blunt trauma protection.The Nexus S.F.
