Dermovate cream is the only treatment that helps with my psoriasis, it gives relief from itchy sore skin. When I have a flare up I use it a few days and alternate it with an emollient.

Please be assured that Clovate and Dermovate are the same medication, with the same ingredients. One is simply branded and the other generic. From what you've described, it sounds like our pharmacy has given you a parallel import product. The UK parallel import licensing scheme lets a medicine authorised in another EU Member State be marketed in the UK, as long as the imported product has no therapeutic difference from the same UK product. This will be why the original packaging is Spanish, but then has English labels.
It is completely safe to use but please feel free to send pictures of the medication box over to our customer service at help@ukmeds.co.uk to double check this and reassure you.
