Katherine we find all our clients feedbacks very constructive, they are fundamental to improving our services as our properties. I have been traveling for most of the warmer months, june and july seeing houses so I have had very limited time to sit down and analyse in depth  all the property feed backs. They are read on a daily basis  by my office and less they are extremely urgent they are filed for an analysis that we do at the end of October. `Then they are passed onto our house owners and managers so we can then discuss them. Your at Olmo at San Gemini, one of my favourite towns, I have stayed there many times with my family at Santi Terzi, i love teh main square in the evening, sitting outside that bar whating life go by. . About la Trappola,, yes, its very expensive but thats all about location, Monte argentario is just one and half hours from Rome and its a stunning place. I have just arrived in London this afternoon,  I shall look at your comments about Pianstella and send a copy to the English owner who is going there in august for a few weeks. Joan, what a wonderful feedback, the third one! what can i say other than we all do our best at TN&M to offer a fantastic service that goes further than what is expected. It seems that you had a fantastic time at Le Botti which is great as thats our purpose. maybe one day you might return and stay there again!  

Joan you filled in two feedbacks which is great, its just I have just returned from a quick trip to Italy and i missed your second one. my apologies. Not sure if I told you but Barbara is my wife so i got a constant feed of information from her about how you all were. maybe one day you might return, I do hope so as Barbara said that you were really great clients. Joan, Il Granaio is a fantastic property, we got a great review last week from a client that has just stayed there. There is nothing wrong with the property per se except it was not ready as there was no electricity as the local provider by mistake suspended the service two days before your arrival and  to really complicate things, the owners lives in the US and he was unable to get to Italy so everything had to be sorted out by proxy. Something that in Italy, just does not work so it took weeks and weeks to get the supply back on and then of course it took some time to get the  garden and swimming pool back into function. hence we have to move you and upgrade you to Le Botti. Barbara personally looked after you as we were in panic stations by this reality. Its a great satisfaction that we were able to save the situation and that you had a fantastic four weeks with us at Le Botti. Villa al monte is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. the views in the evening of Volpaia are quite stunning. I hope that you might return, we offer a 5% price reduction to returning clients and you don't have to return to the same house. the offer is valid for any or our beautiful properties.
