Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Wonderful rustic farmhouse in excellent position with best views in Tuscany. Excellent pool very welcoming caretaker would hope to return there.

Gorgeous villa in a stunning situation. Quality of accommodation and amenities was excellent. Pool and gardens were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Villa Cignano is a rare find, it has a stunning pool with incredible views and its in a great location, so near to siena. The owners and the manager do a great job with the upkeep and in managing it.
