Sorry to hear that you feel your Turtle Mat does not fit with what you had expected. Representing colours (both in our catalogue and on the website) is often quite tricky and we work hard to get them as close as possible - so apologies that you feel that the grey mat does not meet your expectations. We would be happy to exchange the item for something more suitable if returned unused and we do offer a free sample service across our Classic Collection so that you can compare colourings before you buy - if this would be of use in the future or for an exchange.
