Thank you for your feedback regarding your Kelmscott Turtle Mat. So sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the mat and that you are finding that you are walking fluffy bits in. We would initially suggest to wash the mat a few times and give it a thorough vacuum to reduce the excess fluffiness, as it is a cotton product and can take a little while to settle but as you have done this already, it would seem that the mat may well be faulty. I would suggest returning the mat so we can ascertain if there is a fault and organise a replacement accordingly.
