Sorry to hear that you are finding your Turtle Mats moving lots. Turtle Mats are designed to be anti-slip, although we cannot guarantee that they will not move altogether due to the extensive number of floor coverings available and the depth of pile and coatings on carpets for example which can all affect this. Are you finding this happens with both of your mats? Our latex backing is specifically designed for hard floors and is lighter weight than our multi-grip backing which is studded to minimise carpet creep, so your mats would be less affective on carpets. Many thanks for letting me know a little more about where the mats are placed, in order to try and identify the problem in more detail. Our latex backing (as with the mats you have) is designed specifically for hard floors rather than carpets. Our multi-grip backing, as mentioned above, would be better suited for your carpeted areas, due to the studded back and heavier weight. With regard to the one on your kitchen tiles, a latex backed mat should be perfectly suitable but it does depend on the surface and even what the surface has been cleaned with as to how much it may move - I'm sorry I cannot be more specific without seeing the area/mat. I would suggest, as you are unhappy with the mats, that you return them to us and as a goodwill gesture (as this is outside our usual returns period) we will provide you with a full refund.
