I'm extremely sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Turtle Mat customer services. However we do have a returns policy in place, but that does not excuse the tone or explanation given to you, and for that I do apologies. Since 2008 we have improved and come a long way since your last order and pride ourselves on giving good quality customer service. I do hope in the near future that you will take another look at Turtle Mat, as we do have some fabulous designs and the Turtle Mat range has grown considerably over the last few years.
