I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the colour of your purchase Wisteria RHS mats, but we try our very best to represent the colours of the mats with our brochure and online website. I can see from your order that you have returned both mats and a full refund given on 09.08.11. With regards to the postage this is clearly stated under Terms and Conditions.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your mat and it sounds like it is faulty of which I do apologies. Please return your mat by following your delivery note for returns and i will inform the warehouse to exchange for a replacement mat on its return and will refund your return postage onto your credit card.
