Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Unfortunately your web order was already processed when you called and therefore unable to make any changes to your web order. However we do have an extremely automated system to turn around orders as quickly as possible. Customer Services did advice you correctly according to the contact notes to refuse delivery and once returned refund you in full. I'm not sure it they made it clear just in case your parcel was delivered, to return and we will refund your return postage. If they didn't i do apologies for this. Rebecca Wilson
