I believe you had placed your order with customer services over the telephone, and unfortunately they had taken the incorrect house no. 2 instead of no. 42, and for this I do apologise. Sometimes mistakes can happen over the telephone. I believe mistakes were made with your order but not intentionally. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused for this order. Also I am glad to see that you had placed another order with Turtle Mat using a media code of a free mat, and that you had received your latest purchase without faults and a better service.
