The Soft Sole mat is a brand new product and I believe we had some issues with the original packaging, which has now been resolved. The Soft Sole mat is a completely different product than our original Turtle Mat with the cotton top which may absorbs moisture quicker than the Bounce-back foam mats. However the soft sole mat microfibres do absorb moisture and feels good under foot. Also there are so many different types of flooring with so many different floor finishes to consider. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase please follow the delivery note for returns.
