I can see from your order that we did give you an offer code for free postage, and it was unfortunate that the mat you had received was faulty. I do apologise for this and will take this up with the manufacture with regards to quality control. Also we did offer to replace the mat. We had refunded you in full, as well as return postage. I do hope sometime in the future that you will try again with Turtle Mat and receive a better service.
