So sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the appearance of your turtle mat, as they can look flatten (packed from manufacture), until you either wash or vacuum clean to spring the fibres back to life. We clearly do not advertise non-slip, only anti-slip to minimise creep, as there are so many different floor finishes. This information in online and in our brochures regards to Latex and Multi-Grip backings. One reason why your mat is moving could be the nap of carpet is laying in the same direction as when you place your mat on top, and if so this may explain the mat creeping.
