I'm so sorry to hear that the item you ordered was on back order, due to high demand in a popular colour & size. I believe you should have been offered the alternative backing in same size/colour at the point of your call. There may be some confusion regarding cancelling your order, as the item was already on back order the order can be cancelled, and I do apologise for this. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the alternative latex backing mats.
