I’m so sorry to hear that the Heritage Green Mat didn’t match your new green carpet. We try are very best to represent the colours as true as possible online, but this does depend on individual PC monitors. Perhaps you weren’t aware that we also have a no quibble returns policy as you could have returned the mat for an exchange or refund if goods are returned within 28 days unused. Took me weeks to get a door mat! And numerous phone calls to people who did not respond. When they did respond, it was drivel. It would have been far easier to order from johnlewis.

I do apologise as when you originally placed your order by phone with our order line, I believe the operator either misheard your house number or selected the wrong house number of your address.I have looked into this further and have arranged a postage refund.
