I’m so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase. We do offer a 28 day returns policy should you wish to return your mat. The Soft Sole mat is a completely different mat from our original Turtle Mats, and is designed for comfort with the bounce-back foam support for stepping in and out of the bath/shower. However it is always good to get feedback from our customers of what they think of new products in order to improve our range. Rebecca Wilson
