The mat had slipped inside the packaging and was bent when I took it out. It took over a week for the mat to straighten - for the ripple in it to get flattened out. Should have been packaged more...

I’m so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your purchase of the Brown Square Runner mat. The colours are very natural and earthy and sometimes photography/printing can make the colours look a bit brighter. We do also state if you are unhappy for any reason that you can return your purchase within the 28 days. Rebecca Wilson

The mat other than the one you specify below, from the same order, was not what I had expected, as the colour reproduction in the printed catalogue was so poor.

I’m so sorry that you were not happy with your purchase of the Graphic Stripe Mat regarding the colour. However we do try our very best to reproduce colours with photography and printing. We also state online and in our brochure that that for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase that you can return with in 28days of purchase.
