Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear how upset you are. Turtle Mat backings are anti-slip and engineered to minimise movement as much as possible; however we cannot guarantee there will be no movement as there are so many different floor finishes and carpet finishes and piles. Sadly, I can't find any details that this issue has been raised to us prior to this review.
