Despite washing and tumble drying before use (as advised) the mats keep on losing significant amounts of fluff, which when damp from wet feet is not ideal!

Hello & thanks for the feedback. As per my email message with you earlier, our mats are anti-slip not non-slip & if it's going on top of new/thick carpet pile then it may creep. The best option is to use foxi-underlay to keep it firmly in place. As discussed, you're happy to keep the mats but I hope the 10% refund given will help to cover the cost of underlay if you decide to purchase some. I think the product is poor. It’s not finished off very well around the edges and leaves fluff all over the house. I would return them only it is what amtico recommend. Poor for the money
