Thank you for your feedback, depending on the design of shower difficulty in replacing parts will change, not just the solenoid but a vast array of parts. In some circumstances you will find the solenoid valve can be difficult and require some experience to replace, if ever in doubt a visit can be arranged for one of our engineers to repair the shower on 02476 372222. We also always recommend the full solenoid is replaced and not just the coil as this will not always full cure any faults that may be occurring with the part.
