After using a couple of times during which I found it difficult to adjust to the right temperature I've discovered that the "power off" position seems to be the one marked "cold", the cold setting seems to be the one marked "eco" and the "eco" position is the one marked "hot" and the "hot" setting seems to be the one marked "off" . I only discovered this after suffering from a mixture of boiling hot to freezing cold showers so not as good as I hoped

Hi Carole, it would appear that the top dial on the cover is not aligned correctly. If you follow the instructions in the section fitting the cover in the installation guide, and align the cover dial this should solve your issue.Kind regards Carolyn

Ok on price, instructions clear and straightforward, easy to install but was disappointed by the poor flow of shower.
