It's an exact fit for the old Triton and it works just as well. Easy to fit to the existing pipes and electrical wires. Saved a lot of grief re-plumbing.

Sorry to read about the issues you're having, we would recommend in the first instance checking that the isolation valve for the water was fully opened after the work and the shower is getting full flow, also that the inlet filter is clear of debris that might be obstructing the inlet. If both appear okay and you think it may be a fault of the product we do offer service visits on our service line number 02476 372222.

Not as smart looking as the same model I had previously. Disappointed to find that the shower head holder is white plastic,yet riser rail is chrome. All looks cheap. No problem with the shower itself.
