Sorry to read you had issues with the product received, if there is a fault with the shower we offer to send our engineers out to site and repair them, in this instance providing the shower was fitted we would of offered this service, or if it wasn't we would advise to return the item. Because we have the service visit or returns options based on if it's fitted or not we wouldn't offer compensation or cover costs for it being repaired by someone else.

The shower really is easy fit, a direct replacement for previous triton shower. Looks smart and controls well. I hope it lasts as long as the last one. (10yrs).
Had this shower for as long as I can remember had a slight leak so I just replaced the whole shower if this lasts the same as the last one which I have no doubt at all about that as they are well...
