We purchased last October direct from yourselves I have no receipt only card it was purchased with what can we do please I've tried calling but to no response being passed to other departments please help to resolve this matter thanks Mr d manning 07730 275842

Happy enough with the purchase. It was a direct replacement, so made it so easy to swap out as the water outlet and power connections were in the same location.
