Sorry to read about the issues on the product, the shower will be under a 2 year warranty. If there is a fault on the product a service visit can be arranged on 02476 372222 if required.

Could you please send me the replacement part that's broken. I think it's called the pressure release valve. I don't need an engineer to come round. The bloke who put my shower in will do it. Thank you

The pressure relief device activates when the water is restricted. They have an internal seal inside which breaks and once broken needs replacing. Not a difficult part to fix a simple 2 screw attachment but will require changing. I'll link the part https://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/prd-o-ring-82800450 the part is not covered by warranty due to the nature of operation being caused by restricted water flow, they can be ordered on the website for £7.74 + delivery, or a visit can be organised for one of our engineers to replace the part on 02476 37222 but they would charge a call out fee
