The shower head falls off the riser very easily. The connection with the riser is very loose.

The problem was that this line of Triton products was recommended to replace a Triton T100xr but it wasn't a like for like replacement and a lot if extra work had to be done to fit the Jade 3.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently there is no direct replacement for the T100xr, the Jade 3 is more so just one of the nearest in terms of entry points and where the plumbing/cabling line up, but remedial work will be required regardless of model picked currently. Kind regards, Leon.

Does the job, plumber fitted it in, had a Jade before, pump went after quite a few years, so got another exactly the same, as I was pleased with the last one.
